  • Collections are available between the hours of 9.30am and 6pm

  • Orders must be placed by 1pm for same day collection 

  • Please wait for your 'Your order is ready for pick up' email before collecting. 

COURIER DELIVERY 

  • We deliver to UK Mainland address £7.99 per 20KG on a 1-3 business day trusted courier (Usually DHL or DPD) 

  • Sorry we do not deliver to Ireland or Scotland 

  • Orders will be sent the next working day 

  • Returns are to be paid by the customer 

REFUNDS

All refunds must be within 7 working days of purchase 

 

  • Any damages to boxes must be notified to us within 24hrs of delivery 

  • Returns are to be paid for at buyers cost unless we have agreed otherwise

  • Returns are only accepted if items are damaged on delivery

  • Returns will not be accepted from misuse or accidental damage. 

Damaged items will be replaced for identical or similar item 

All returning items must be in excellent condition as you bought them in

When returning your goods please place the delivery note inside the box.

Delivery T&C

Meadowview Chickens will use its best endeavours to deliver the goods specified overleaf to the delivery address so specified at about or before the time so specified
Meadowview Chickens shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the unavailability at the
delivery address of the consignee or other authorised recipient

 

Meadowview Chickens shall not be liable for any physical loss, mis-delivery or damage to any theft- attractive goods unless Meadowview Chickens has specifically agreed in writing prior to transit commencing to carry such items and the Customer has agreed in writing to reimburse the carrier in respect of all additional costs including insurance costs which result from the carriage of the said items and the loss mis-delivery or damage is occasioned during transit and is proved to be due to the negligence of the Courier its servants or agents. 

 

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at meadowviewchickens@gmail.com.

3. Our contract with you
3.1 How we will accept your order.
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

3.2 If we cannot accept your order.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline.

3.3 Your order number.
We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

 

As proof of delivery a photo will be taken where the items are left.

In bad weather conditions you MUST state a dry safe place where the items can be left when ordering. If no place is stated, we may be unable to deliver your goods and an automated refund will be processed.

The term ‘Delivery’ is delivered to the customers address given on the order only

 

Where to find the price for the product.
The price of the product (which includes VAT if applicable) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. We use our best efforts to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct

 

f the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the product in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
